When life feels overwhelming, the body often shifts into stress mode — impacting how we think, feel, and function. Reiki gently guides the body back into a state of calm and regulation, allowing it to reset, restore, and heal naturally.
This isn’t about fixing — it’s about realignment.

I am a Reiki Master in Usui Reiki and trained to Level 2 in Gendai Reiki, blending traditional energy healing with a modern understanding of the mind-body connection.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that works to restore balance within the body, mind, and nervous system.
At its core, Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal itself. When we are stressed, overwhelmed, or holding emotional tension, the body can fall out of balance. This is often when we begin to feel physically depleted, mentally stuck, or emotionally reactive.
Reiki works by calming the central nervous system, allowing the body to move out of “fight or flight” and into a state of rest, repair, and restoration. From this place, the body can begin to rebalance, release stored tension, and reset its natural rhythm.
Clients often describe feeling deeply relaxed, lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves after a session. It’s not about fixing you — it’s about bringing your system back into alignment so it can do what it’s designed to do.
Reiki is suitable for everyone — whether you are looking to reduce stress, support physical healing, navigate emotional challenges, or simply reconnect with yourself.



Reiki Healing Sessions

The Reiki Journey
A gentle journey back to yourself.
Life has a way of pulling us away from who we truly are. Through stress, loss, illness, change, responsibility, or simply the pace of modern life, we can find ourselves feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of what we need next.
The Reiki Journey creates space to pause, reconnect, and listen.
For some, this journey is about restoring balance and calming the nervous system. For others, it is an opportunity to release old patterns, gain clarity, deepen self-awareness, or reconnect with a greater sense of purpose and direction.
The journey consists of four sessions, each lasting between 90 minutes and 2 hours, and can be completed at a pace that feels right for you. Most clients choose either two sessions per month over two months, or weekly sessions over one month.
Each session combines Reiki healing, meditation, reflection, and conscious conversation. Together, we create the space for your body to relax, your mind to quieten, and your awareness to expand.
As the nervous system settles, we begin to understand the connection between our thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and physical wellbeing. With greater awareness comes greater choice — and often, the clarity to move forward differently.
Through this journey, you will reconnect with yourself on a deeper level, rediscovering your purpose, your balance, your calm, and your joy. As your awareness grows, so does your confidence, creating a stronger connection to yourself and the life you want to create.
Healing is not about becoming someone new.
It is about remembering who you are, trusting yourself again, and moving forward with greater clarity, confidence, and ease.

I work with children experiencing anxiety, growing pains such as Severs and Osgood-Schlatter, and even babies who struggle with sleep or reflux.

My Journey with Reiki
Healing has a way of finding you…
Often at the moments you need it most.
That’s been true for me, time and time again—and for that, I feel deeply grateful.
My first experience of Reiki came in my twenties, long before I truly understood what it was. I was working with a Native American boss, someone deeply connected to energy, intuition, and a different way of seeing the world. At the time, I didn’t have the language for it—but I felt it. A quiet awareness, a sense that there was more to healing than what we see on the surface.
Looking back now, I can see that was the beginning. A seed planted. A deep rooted passion.
My journey with Reiki wasn’t something I planned. It was something that met me in the middle of life’s most defining moments.
In 2018, after life-saving surgery, I found myself rebuilding—not just physically, but emotionally too. The body carries so much… the impact of medication, the trauma of surgery, the visible and invisible scars. Reiki became a powerful part of that healing. It supported my body in restoring, rebalancing, and reconnecting. It helped me come back to myself.
Then in 2020, life asked something even deeper of me.
Losing my sister to breast cancer was a grief that changed everything. In the early days, Reiki helped me navigate the separation we were forced into during the global pandemic—the absence, the distance, the things left unsaid. And then, in her passing, Reiki became something else entirely.
A way to sit with the pain.
A way to soften the grief.
A way to begin understanding connection beyond the physical.
It gently opened a different layer of spirituality for me—one that allowed me to feel close to her in a new way. Not gone… just different.
That experience didn’t take the pain away—but it changed my relationship with it.
And that’s what I now bring into my work.
I support others not just to relax or reset, but to truly connect. To raise their awareness, their energy, and their sense of self. To begin listening to the body in a way most of us were never taught.
Because your body speaks—through tension, through emotion, through energy.
And when you learn how to listen, everything begins to shift.
Reiki isn’t something I “do” to you.
It’s something I guide you back into within yourself.
A remembering.
A reconnection.
A return.
